Snert – Pea soup


Beef broth cube
1 bag of splitpeas
1 celeriac
2 x leek
3 onions
3 potatoes
2 large smoked sausages
1 bag of Bacon strips


1. Put 3 gallons of water with 4 bouillon cubes on the fire
2. Add the split peas.
3. Cut the celeriac into small pieces

4. Add the celeriac to the broth (cook for 60 minutes)
5. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes
6. Wash the potato cubes and add them to the broth


7. Cut the onions into small pieces
8. Cut the leek into thin rings
9. Add the onions and leeks to the broth

10. Bake the bacon in a frying pan and let it ooze out on a piece of paper
11. Cut the smoked sausage into thin slices
12. Remove the pan from the heat after 60 minutes

13. Take the hand blender and mix till it is mash
14. Add the sausage and the bacon
