Recipe for cream puffs

Ingredients: 75 grams of crystal flower 60 grams butter 100 ml of water 3 eggs Directions: 1. Line the baking sheet with baking paper 2. Preheat the oven 3. Put butter, water in a thick-bottomed saucepan and bring to boil 4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the flour with a wooden spatula through it 5. Put the pan back on the heat and keep stirring until the dough like a ball of soil is released (after approx. 1 minute) 6. Remove the pan from the heat 7. Stir in the eggs, one at a time, in the batter until they are well included 8. Divide the batter with 2 spoons in 8 equal heaps on the baking sheet, get plenty of space because the puffs rise during baking 9. Bake the puffs in ca. 25 minutes until tender and brown. Let the puffs cool

Rye bread layered with cranberry jam and whipped cream

Ingredients (for 4 persons): rye bread – 250 g cinnamon – 2 g sugar for fried bread – 40 g butter – 60 g cranberry jam – 200 g sweet cream- 200 g vanilla sugar sugar Directions: 1.Firstly grate some bread 2.mix it with sugar 3.melt some butter     4.pour grated bread on a widish 5.pour and align 6.fry it stirring till brown color     7.cool and sprink it with cinnamon 8.Then whip cream with sugar un vanilla sugar 9.Kept dessert in glass containers to be shwon through     10.1st step: put some fried rye bread 11.2nd step: put a layer of jam on bread 12.3rd step: put a layer of whispped cream on jam     13.repeat a layer by layer till all products are left 14.Finaly: bread must be on the top, which is drawn up with whipped cream and a drop of jam 15.This way a ready dish looks like!     A good appetite! Gingerbread cookies

Ingredients: 100 gram zelfrising flour, 25 gram butter, ½ a spoon speculaas herbs, 50 gram brown sugar, 2 spoons of milk. Tools: scale, bowl, spoon, knife, bakingpaper, bakingtray, oven. Directions: 1. Put the oven on at 160°C 2. Put 100 grams of selfrising flour in the bowl. 3. Put 50 grams of brown sugar in the bowl.        4. Cut 25 grams of butter in to little pieces and put them in the bowl. 5. Put two spoons of milk in the bowl. 6. Put half a spoon of speculaas herbs in the bowl.       7. Knead everything together into a ball of dough . 8. Put the bakingpaper on the bakingtray . 9. Take a little piece of dough and roll it into a little ball.       10. Put the little ball on the bakingtray and push it gently. 11. Place the bakingtray in the middle of the oven. 12. Now bake for 20 minutes until the gingerbread cookies are ready.      The result Enjoy your meal!

12 carrots biscuits

Ingredients: 1 bunch carrots 25 grams chives 75 grams salted cashew Pepper 3 eggs 50 grams flour 6 table spoon olive oil Directions: 1. Cut the chives into pieces. Cut the salted cashew nuts into pieces and put them with the carrots, add a little pepper. 2. Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Put 3 eggs and 50 grams of flour in another bowl. 3. Mix the eggs and flour to a smooth substance and add to the mix of carrots. Stir together with a spoon.      4. Take some mix of carrots with wet hands and knead to biscuits of approximately 6 cm – if you keep your hands wet iT will not stick. 5. Heat 6 tablespoons with olive oil in a frying pan and place as much biscuits in there as possible. Bake the biscuits forabout 3 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other side.     6.
