Traditional bacon rolls

Ingredients: Yeast dough meal; Milk – 0,5 liter; Egg – 1 piece Directions: 1. Add yeast to the warm milk. 2. Stir yeast and warm milk. 3. Then add yeast dough meal.    4. Brake until the dough gets glossy. 5. Cover with a linen towel and let it leaven. The key to good yeast dough is to keep it in the warm place in the process of preparation. 6. Prepare the filling by cutting the bacon and onions into cubicles.      7.Fry onions and mix with bacon. 8. Put the dough on the table and roll out of the dough flat until you get 0,5 cm width. 9. Use the cup to make circles. Put on the surface 1/2 teaspoon of filling and roll it up – lift the front edge of dough over the filling and press to the far end of the surface. 12 sausage rolls

Ingredients: 450 gram white bread mix 20 gram margarine 275 ml lukewarm water 400 gram minced meat 2 eggs 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs ½ teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon minced herbs 1 tablespoon coarse mustard Directions: 1. In a bowl, add te white bread mix, margarine and water. Follow the recipe on the package. 2. Put the minced meat in a bowl and whip an egg. add the egg and herbs and heat the water in a pan. 3. Form 12 sausages of the minced meat, 12 cm long.      4. Dip the saussages in hot water 5. Knead the bread dough and make 12 equal portions 6. Form a slice of 10×12 cm of each portion of dough     7.
