Snert – Pea soup

Ingredients: Beef broth cube 1 bag of splitpeas 1 celeriac 2 x leek 3 onions 3 potatoes 2 large smoked sausages 1 bag of Bacon strips Directions: 1. Put 3 gallons of water with 4 bouillon cubes on the fire 2. Add the split peas. 3. Cut the celeriac into small pieces      4. Add the celeriac to the broth (cook for 60 minutes) 5. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes 6. Wash the potato cubes and add them to the broth     7. Cut the onions into small pieces 8. Cut the leek into thin rings 9. Add the onions and leeks to the broth     10. Bake the bacon in a frying pan and let it ooze out on a piece of paper 11. Cut the smoked sausage into thin slices 12. 12 sausage rolls

Ingredients: 450 gram white bread mix 20 gram margarine 275 ml lukewarm water 400 gram minced meat 2 eggs 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs ½ teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon minced herbs 1 tablespoon coarse mustard Directions: 1. In a bowl, add te white bread mix, margarine and water. Follow the recipe on the package. 2. Put the minced meat in a bowl and whip an egg. add the egg and herbs and heat the water in a pan. 3. Form 12 sausages of the minced meat, 12 cm long.      4. Dip the saussages in hot water 5. Knead the bread dough and make 12 equal portions 6. Form a slice of 10×12 cm of each portion of dough     7. Roll the meat in the dough dlices 8. Put the buns on the baking sheet with the seam to the bottom 9. Let the rolls ris for 15 minutes under a clean tea towel       10.
